About Us

Since 1997, for Mercy's sake has been selling fine furniture with exclusive handpainted designs by Hillary James.  Our furniture is available only online to the end customers.

In 2002, the Noordhoff Group licensed 13 of our designs for fine quality children's accent rugs that are sold in juvenile specialty stores across the U.S, as well as on numerous websites, including our own custom children's furnishings website. 

In 2004, Oopsy Daisy Fine Art for Kids licensed Hillary's art for fine giclee reproductions. These are available now.  Both Noordhoff and Oopsy Daisy will drop ship if you have an ecommerce business.

In 2005, Jill Clarkson licensed our designs for digitized embroidery patterns.

The Owners:
Hillary James, the artist, is married and has two children: Mercy & Dalton.  A native of Austin, Texas, she is primarily self-taught, and has been an artist (of one sort or another) most of her life.

Cindy Blewett is Hillary's mother and does everything from web design to strategic planning.  She's married to Hillary's dad and they also have a son who, so far, has resisted joining the family business.    But hope springs eternal.
